‘I think diva is a great and powerful word in the sense of what Beyoncé makes it,’ the pop star says in the magazine’s cover story. By Jocelyn Vena

Katy Perry not only glams up for the new issue of Elle, but she also gets real. The singer — who is gearing up for a big performance on this Sunday’s Grammy Awards — dishes on diva behavior, discusses her personal life and even reveals how much she weighs in the fashion magazine’s latest cover story.
“I feel like I’m at a point in my life right now where I could potentially stick around,” Perry says about her outlook on being a pop star. “I don’t feel like a diva, but I think diva is a great and powerful word in the sense of what Beyoncé makes it. And maybe I can’t be Beyoncé, but maybe I can be Cyndi Lauper. I mean be like her, not be her. That would just be weird.”
The singer also admits to having some ambitions outside of the entertainment world. “I think some people will die on the stage, and I’m not so sure I want to do that. Like, I want to have kids!” she explains. “I’m totally fine with saying that. I think some people are scared because they’re worried it’s going to ruin their career, but I want to live a full life.”
That full life, these days, includes her hubby, Russell Brand, who she says is her perfect better half. “Everything clicked really fast. We kind of instantly got past all the surfacey stuff. And ever since then, there hasn’t been a dull moment,” she says. “We both needed balance, and we give that to each other. It wasn’t about me taming him, which is what everyone always says — it was about timing.”
Perry doesn’t hold back at all, revealing details about her weight that very few celebrities seem willing to share with the world. “I was shaped like a square at one time. I was! I’m generally around 130 pounds, which is totally fine for me,” she confesses. “But when I was a kid, I was the same height and weighed more like 145. And I had enormous boobs that I didn’t know what to do with, so I wore minimizers, which were not cute. Those thick-ass straps! I got made fun of for the over-the-shoulder boulder holder … and all I wanted was to look like Kate Moss. Little did I know … that these things would come in handy someday.”

Unless you’ve been sleeping under a rock, or in a tent outside the Googleplex with an “I LOVE SCHMIDT” banner, you hopefully know that Firefox 4 supports restartless add-ons, or in developerese: bootstrapped extensions.
Unfortunately, however, the process of converting an existing add-on into a restartless wonder is far from simple. A few months ago, back when the Firefox 4 beta machine really got into the swing of things, the developer of the world’s most popular add-on, Adblock Plus, described his laborious and infuriating attempt at making his add-on restartless — and today, just a few days away from the final Firefox beta, there still isn’t a single big-name restartless add-on to be found.
On the flip side, writing new restartless add-ons is a little easier. Uptake amongst developers still seems to be very slow, though. Add-ons for Firefox (AMO) only has about 80 add-ons tagged with ‘restartless‘, and even less with the restartless add-on’s SDK, ‘jetpack‘.
Then, of course, only a few of those add-ons are actually worth using! Read on for our pick of the best Firefox 4 restartless add-ons.
The image from Gaga’s clip, which is set to premiere on Monday, shows a leather-clad person with long, sharp nails. By Jocelyn Vena

With just hours until the premiere of her video for “Born This Way,” Lady Gaga took to Twitter to post a still from the Nick knight-directed clip on late Sunday, as the rest of the world was busy watching the Oscars.
The mostly black-and-white image is a close-up of the thigh area of a leather-clad person who is clenching one of his or her hands near their crotch. A little splash of red can be seen near the person’s thumb, which has a long, sharp fingernail.
Several hours before teasing the video, which she co-directed alongside Knight, her Haus of Gaga creative team and choreographer Laurieann Gibson, Mother Monster tweeted a photo of herself wearing a denim top and skinny jeans, and sporting a brand-new do.
“Dyed my bangs black. Its my new monsterlook,” Gaga wrote in a message that accompanies the pic. “Let the mitosis of the future begin. Off to meet Judas.” (“Judas” is the name of the next single off her May album release, Born This Way.)
And on Saturday, the pop star had this to say about the impending video premiere: “After all the whiskey, lipstick, and late nights editing, the Born This Way video is DONE. Will be up to watch Monday 11am Est.”
The clip will hit the Web at 11 a.m. on Monday (February 28) on Perez Hilton’s website, and then will make its TV debut at 5 p.m. ET that day on MTV’s “The Seven.”
In a sit-down withGayle King last week, Gaga> confirmed that a second “Born This Way” video also will be released. “I’ve been so excited about [the fans'] reaction and seeing the fans be so excited during the show every time we play ‘Born This Way,’ it’s been really amazing,” she explained. “So there’s [the video] that’s coming out on Monday. But then I’m actually putting together another video, which is a more stripped-down version of the song that will be released on iTunes and also released as an audio file. A portion of the money raised selling the song is actually going to go towards an anti-bully charity.”
